62. Install the instrument panel cluster (1).
63. Install the instrument cluster trim ring/upper column
shroud (1).
64. Push the tilt lever (2) downward (released position).
65. Install the lower shroud (2) over the tilt lever and onto
the column.
66. Install the upper shroud onto the lower shroud, clip­
ping the shrouds to one another.
67. Install the three screws (1) attaching the lower shroud
to the steering column.
68. Position the column tilt (5) at the full­upward position.
69. Push the tilt lever upward, locking the column in place.
