3 Troubleshooting

Before carrying out any maintenance work, completely switch off the appliance and pull out the mains plug and
charging plug and disconnect the battery cables.

Remedy
Recharge the batteries
Check the battery terminals, clean and
grease/tighten if necessary
Check the batteries, replace if necessary
Switch the appliance off completely,
determine the source of error and
remove it. Change fusion, switch on the
appliance
Contact the supplier
Empty the recovery tank
Close the closure cap
Clean or change the air filter insert
Clean the suction hose, ensure the hose
is firmly attached
Close the recovery tank cover or
clean or replace the seal
Clean the squeegee
Turn over or replace the squeegee
blades
Switch on the cleaning solution flow
control
Refill solution tank
Clean the valve
Check and free the hose
