FILL THE SYSTEM

VI. Bleeding the air out of the vehicle's cooling system
With the expansion tank open, open the drain screws from the lowest to the highest to release the air from the cooling system. Top up the level
of the coolant in the expansion tank positioning yourself on MAX, then close the expansion tank again with its cap.

START THE ENGINE AND HEAT IT
Start the vehicle's engine, turn off the air conditioning and maintain an engine speed of

about 2800 rpm until the engine-driven fan is triggered twice.
VII. Special cases
In special cases where the where the cooling system is emptied by gravity, it is indispensable to drain the used coolant into the gravity drain
pan provided for the purpose.
VIII. Emptying the used coolant from the recovery tanks

TOP UP THE LEVEL OF COOLANT
Let the engine and the coolant cool down, then top it up until the level is between MIN

and MAX in the expansion tank.
> Turn the control lever to the Empty position to empty
the recovery tank. Once the tank is empty, put the lever
back in the Off position, then close the discharge pipe
valve again.

Check that the valves on the funnel
and the tank are tightly closed
before connecting the machine to the
compressed air circuit in your workshop.
Using the gauges, check the used coolant
recovery tanks:
The used coolant must be recovered
and disposed of by an organisation
approved under the legislation
in force.
If coolant is accidentally spilled on
the floor, use the necessary absorbent
materials and dispose of them in
accordance with the legislation in force.
IX. Spare parts
Before opening the plate to access the inside of the machine, it is essential that it be empty of any coolant.
Pierce the 3 rivets shown on the diagram with a 4 mm diameter drill bit. Tilt the top of the plate, remove the two durit® hoses connected
to the plate to remove the latter completely.
NB: if the pressure regulator needs changing, it must be ordered from our SAT technical department at SAM OUTILLAGE.
Please do not change any components yourself during the warranty period as this would invalidate the warranty.
