I. Description of the machine
The SAMX'DRAINER® is a machine for draining any type of cooling
system. To avoid any malfunction, it is essential that the compressed
air circuit be between 6.5 bar min. and 10 bar max. This machine can
be used to empty, check tightness, create a vacuum, vacuum fill the
cooling system and temporarily store the polluted coolant.
It also allows you to test the valves on the expansion tank caps.
Intermediate coolant recovery tank with a capacity of 12 L.
II. Draining the coolant into the SAMX'DRAINER tank
Check that the valves on the funnel and the 50 L tank are tightly closed before connecting the machine to the compressed
air circuit in your workshop. Check the levels in the 2 used coolant recovery tanks using the gauges provided to this effect.
The 12 L intermediate tank must be completely empty. (See Emptying the used coolant from the recovery tanks).
The 50 L tank must have enough capacity to take the new used coolant. If there is not enough capacity, it is indispensable
to empty this tank before using the machine again. (See procedure for Emptying the used coolant from the recovery tanks).
