Chapter 8:
Dismantling
• Before dismantling:
- Ensure that the mobile access and working tower is stable:
- the brake wheels are locked,
- the stabilisers are correctly positioned etc.
- Have ropes available to handle items if required,
- PPE must be worn.
• Before handling:
Put the split pins back on to the components.
-
- Put damaged parts to one side to be replaced.
• During dismantling:
- Dismantling requires two people, and PPE should be used.
- Wind speed limit = 45km/h,
- Use the procedure for assembling the tower in strict reverse order.
Store the mobile tower in a dry, unobstructed, secure place where it is not at risk of getting damaged or
being in the way.
Chapter 9:
Environment
NEOLIUM BOX is mainly made of aluminium. Other materials, like steel, plastic and wood, form integral parts
of the product. All the materials used are recyclable.
At the end of product life, the materials used should be sorted and then disposed of. As end consumer, your
role in the reuse and recycling of products is vital. Ensure that the product is taken to an authorised waste
collection centre.
