Parts are located throughout the shipping carton, including underneath the smoker. Inspect the smoker, parts, and hardware
blister pack after removing from the protective shipping carton. Discard all packaging materials from inside and outside of the
smoker before assembly, then review and inspect all parts by referencing the parts list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not
attempt to assemble. Shipping damage is not covered under warranty. Contact your dealer or Pit Boss® Customer Care for parts.
IMPORTANT: To ease installation, using two people is helpful (but not necessary) when assembling this unit.
Tools required for assembly: screwdriver, wrench and level. Wrench included.
IMPORTANT: It is advised to read each step entirely before starting assembly on instructions. Do not tighten screws
completely until all screws for that step have been installed, or unless otherwise mentioned.

1. MOUNTING THE SUPPORT LEGS TO MAIN CABINET

Parts Required:
1 x Main Cabinet (#8)
1 x Left Support Leg - Back (#16)
1 x Left Support Leg - Front (#17)
1 x Right Support Leg - Back (#18)
1 x Right Support Leg - Front (#19)
16 x Nut (#E)
1 x Wrench (#F)
Installation:
• Place a piece of cardboard on the floor to prevent scratching the unit
and parts during assembly. Remove all the component parts from the
Main Cabinet and set aside.
IMPORTANT: Do not tear off the sticker that holds the controller in
place until entire unit is assembled.
• Next, carefully flip the Main Cabinet, bottom side pointed upward,
onto the styrofoam. Note illustration 1A. Ensure the Main Cabinet is
placed carefully and level on the styrofoam to prevent any damage to
the Control Panel. Prepare the four support legs for installation.
IMPORTANT: The four support legs must be arranged correctly to be
able to properly install the support panels and support bar in a later
assembly step.
• Mount a Support Leg by aligning onto the protruding screws of the
Main Cabinet bottom side, then secure with four nuts using wrench.
Repeat installation for the other three Support Legs. Note illustration 1B.
