Vegan Green
Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients for 2 servings

1 avocado
•
2 bananas
•
1 handful fresh leaf spinach
•
100ml almond milk
•
1 lime
•
100g blueberries or goji berries
•
2 tbsp. spelt or granola
•
2 tbsp. chia seeds
•
ice cubes for thicker consistency
Preparation
1. Slice avocado in half, remove the
pit and scoop out the flesh of the
avocado.
2. Peel one of the two bananas,
clean and wash the spinach.
Place the avocado, the banana,
the spinach, the almond milk, the
ice cubes and some lime juice to
the vacuum jug and close the lid.
3. Select the "SMOOTHIE" program
and blend the contents to creamy
consistency. Should more liquid
be needed, stop the program
and add more almond milk.
Subsequently press the "PULSE/
CLEAN" button to blend and add
extra lime juice as desired.
4. Distribute the avocado-banana-
cream into small bowls. Wash
blueberries and pat them dry.
Peel the remaining banana and
cut into thin slices. Decorate with
spelt flakes, granola, chia seeds
and blueberries and serve the
finished bowl immediately.
