•
Release the EM 51 operator with the key provided, as in
fi gure 20, turning the key in a clockwise direction.
•
Open the up-and-over door completely, measure the
distance L between the support fulcrum on the female
part of the telescopic arm (fi g.21 - 3) and the rotating
shaft of the operator (fi g.21 - 4).
•
Cut both the female and the male part of the telescopic
arm, to obtain a length L1= L-50 mm; then secure the
female part of the telescopic arm to the fi xed support
(fi g.21 - 3) using the pin (fi g.21 - 5) and the split pin
(fi g.21 - 6).
•
Position the up-and-over door in the closed position,
insert the male part (fi g.22 - 1) of the telescopic arm in
the female part and secure it to the semi-shaft (fi g.22 -
2) with welding spots (fi g.23 - 3, 4).
•
Repeat the operation on the other side.
•
After releasing the operator, lift the up-and-over door by
hand and check that there are no securing problems or
interference with the various moving parts.
•
At this point, return the door to the closed position and
complete the welding.
