7. Flip the anti-tips up.
8. Remove the wheels and flip up the red levers on the top of the axle arms, located on both
sides of the chair (Fig. 8). Levers will remain upright until the chair is folded.
9. Lift the rear of the chair off of the floor and swing the axle bar down and forward as far as it
will go, engaging into the slit in the bottom of the base frame between the side plates (Fig. 9).
