Periodic maintenance

Used injectors, valves and sensors, removed from the engines and installed in
the test machine, carry particles of impurities, filings, carbonization, diesel
residues and other substances that accumulate gradually in the hydraulic system
of the machine, causing failures or malfunction. Good use practices, cleaning and
maintenance are essential to minimize the accumulation of impurities.
Even so, depending on the intensity of use and the state of conservation of the
components tested, it is necessary to perform the complete periodic maintenance
in a recommended interval of 6 months. This service must be contracted and
performed by the Technical Assistance team authorized by Tecnomotor.
In this service, the following actions are performed that keep the equipment under
proper operating conditions:
• Cleaning of the entire hydraulic system (pipes, rail, tank, radiator, measuring
vessels);
• Changing the calibration fluid;
• Filter change;
• Cleaning the pressure control valve;
• Tightening of all electrical connections;
• Recalibration of the measuring system;
• Tightening hose clamps or exchanges;
• Software and firmware update;
• Complete system testing.
Failure to respect or neglect these practices implies LOSS OF THE WARRANTY
of the product.
Whenever periodic maintenance is performed, the field corresponding to the
revision on the next page should be completed.
The first two reviews are mandatory and are free of charge within the warranty
period. From the second revision they are no longer compulsory and will be
charged.
