TM 514 – COMMON RAIL TEST

Press the "F7 - Start" button, or wait for the test to start automatically.
Then the electrical test of the valve will be performed.
If the valve resistance is OK, the result will be shown as the screen below.
The available electrical conditions for the valves are:
• OK, when the valve is in normal electrical condition, ie able to perform the
test;
• OPEN, indicating the open state or no valve connected to the system;
• SHRT, indicating a short circuit condition on the valve or connection/cable;
• ERRO, indicating a valve with resistance outside the known range.
The system will perform the flow valve tests according to five specific test points.
The equipment will only start a test if the valve is in Ok condition, ie, able to
mechanical test.
It is possible to follow the test done by TM 514 in CommonRailPC Fast, observing
the variation of the generated flow.
