Test fluid heating
If the test fluid is not at the optimum temperature, the system will cause the test
fluid to reach that temperature by heating or cooling to the current temperature by
displaying the following screen:
Testing pressure regulating valves
The process of testing regulating valves is very simple, just carry out the following
items:
Connecting the valve to the equipment
The valve is connected to the equipment through an adaptor and uses four
connections: The electrical connection, the high pressure connection, the return
connection and the connection for oil measurement.
To select the correct accessories for each type of valve (pressure adapters,
electrical adapters and return), select the valve model for testing in
CommonRailPC Fast table.
To illustrate, we will use a Bosch valve and its accessories.
