Put into service -
prepare for summer
When putting the motor back into service, for example at the begin-
ning of the boating season, the motor must be checked and mainte-
nance work carried out.
• Check the motor compartment. Make sure it is dry and well ven-
tilated.
• Check and reconnect the batteries.
• Check the operation of the motor.
• Check the operation of the instruments and motor controls.
5 .1
Electrical system
• Check the voltage of each individual battery. In case of large volt-
age deviations, the batteries should be charged separately.
• Connect the batteries and fully charge the 48 volt battery bank.
5 .2
Test run
Only test the E-Air motor if you are sure that people are at a
safe distance from the propeller!
• Switch on the E-Air motor and check correct operation.
• Also check the operation of the connected panels.
During installation, the installer carried out an initial
performance test . All important parameters have been
checked and recorded . If in doubt about the performance of
the installation, ask your installer for more information .
