the temperature will revert back to

 Press the "Time" button 14, the display
11 will show the preset time and the
corresponding blue light will turn on.
Press the "Time" button 14 once to
increase the time by 1min. Use the
"Time" button 14 to adjust the time from
1(mini min) to 99(max min). When the
time selection reaches 99min, press the
button again and it will revert back to
1min.
 Throughout the whole process, The
display screen 11 will show 0.5s flash in
both the start and stop operation.
In automatic mode,

chosen mode, press the ON/OFF
button 12 and the display 11 will show
the current oil temperature. Here the
ON/OFF button 12 and the Mode button
13 lights on always. The deep fryer now
begins the heating.
 In manual mode, after setting the
needed oil temperature and time, press
the ON/OFF button 12 and the display
11 will show the current oil temperature.
