11.3 PERIODIC OVERHAUL
No periodic overhaul is foreseen for the device.
11.4 SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
Special maintenance can only be carried out by the Manufacturer, who uses internal and external technicians specialised and authorised by the Manufacturer itself.
Only maintenance activities carried out by specialised technicians authorised by the Manufacturer are considered valid by Spencer Italia S.r.l..
The end user is only authorised to replace parts according to the table in the "Spare Parts" paragraph.
11.5 LIFE SPAN
The device, if used as described in the following instructions, has an average life span of 5 years from the date of purchase.
The life span of the device is 5 years from the date of purchase, extendable following annual reviews for a maximum of another 5 years.
Overhauls must be carried out by the Manufacturer, who uses internal and external technicians specialised and authorised by the Manufacturer. In the absence of such
annual overhauls, the device must be DISPOSED OF ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION IN PARAGRAPH 16 AND NOTIFICATION MUST BE GIVEN TO THE MANUFACTURER.
Spencer Italia S.r.l. will accept no responsibility for incorrect operation or damage caused by the use of devices that have not been overhauled by the Manufacturer or authori-
zed centre, or that have exceeded the maximum allowable life span.
12. TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
PROBLEM
When operating the pump, the rod does not move or
the pump does not maintain pressure.
The pump is leaking oil.
The device does not move when the buttons on the
foot pedal control or cable control are pressed.

12.1 RETURN FOR REPAIR
In compliance with the new European regulations, Spencer Italia S.r.l. lists some fundamental points in order to preserve the hygiene of equipment and the operators who
DE use it. Spencer Italia S.r.l. trusts that these standards will be respected to be able to guarantee hygiene and health for all people working to achieve quality and well-being.
Every device returned to Spencer Italia S.r.l. shall be hygienically checked before repair.
If Spencer Italia S.r.l. judges the device to be unsuitable for repair due to visible signs of external and/or internal contamination, it shall return the device to the client with clearly
stated DEVICE NOT REPAIRED enclosing a letter of explanation on the defects found. Spencer Italia S.r.l. shall judge whether the contamination is the cause of malfunctioning
FR or incorrect use.
If the contamination is judged to be the cause of a malfunction, Spencer Italia S.r.l. shall replace the product only if provided with a sales invoice.
Spencer Italia S.r.l. shall not be responsible for accessories that show signs of contamination, therefore it shall provide for their replacement, charging the costs of the material
to the customer.

It is MANDATORY to thoroughly disinfect the outer casing using a cloth dampened with denatured alcohol or hypochlorite solutions and the accessories by immersing them
in the same disinfectant solutions.
Place in a bag with specified disinfected device and accessories.
We request that you always specify the defect in order to be able to carry out the repair as quickly as possible. We therefore request that you read the instructions for use
carefully to avoid compromising the device through inappropriate use. Please always specify the defect found in order to allow Spencer Italia S.r.l technicians to judge whether
the defect falls under the warranty.

REMEDY
Release the unloading pedal and check that it can move freely.
Top-up is possible. Obtain the oil identified in the technical data
table, then contact the manufacturer.
Remove the device from service and contact the manufacturer.
Recharge battery.
Check the conditions of the respective cables. If it is damaged,
remove the device from service and contact the manufacturer.
Check that the battery is inserted correctly and recharge it if low.
Check that you have followed the procedure described in the
manual.
Replace battery.
