The hydraulic system that rotates the brushes, lifts and opens the refuse
bin is driven by one gear pump 1 (fig 16) that is controlled by the main
motor. The brush rotation is controlled directly by revolving motors con-
nected in series. The control of each function is given by a three element
control valve (fig.16).
The motor sweeper is driven by a hydrostatic system, which includes a variable delivery pump 1
(fig.15) driven by a main motor and an hydraulic motor, which control the front wheel.

Maintenance and adjusting the drive system

1) The operating pressure of the drive system is from 40 to 80 bar. (Max. fixed setting of
circuit: 200 bar)
2) Forward and reverse direction are selected by pressing on the different sides of drive
pedal 2 (fig.1).
Releasing The drive pedal 2 (fig.1), the same returns in neutral position without any adjusting.
The hydraulic system is protected by oil filter for all versions. The filter is cartridge type.
For a new sweeper, after the first 20 working hours, clean the oil cartridge. Every 40 hours check
the hydraulic level, if necessary top it up.

Maintenance and adjustment of the hydraulic system

The hydraulic system must have a working pressure of 90 bar with all
the brushes lowered and a max. pressure of 150 bar adjustable by a
closed circuit through the pressure relief valve 4 set on the control valve.
