7.7 COMPLETION AND CHECK
- Operate the down run control, manually setting the lower limit switch. Downward movement should stop.
- Operate the up run control until the carriages are fully raised and make sure the upper limit switch engages to stop these.
- Fill the post tanks with ESSO GEAR OIL GX 85W – 140 up to indicated level (refer to ch. 10).
- Fit in the pulley sensor plate on both columns Fig. A. Check that there is a gap of 0.5 mm between the sensor and the pulley (Fig. B).
- Fit in the covers as shown in Fig. C:
• Fit in the cover (1) by fixing it to the supports (2);
• Fit in the cover (3) by fixing it to the cover (1) and to the supports (4)
• Fit in the cover (5) by fixing it to the covers (1) and (3).
The identification plate must be always clearly visible after installation.
