Specific additional terms of guarantee applicable to Norway
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you
under Norwegian law, which cannot be excluded, such as the rights provided under the Consumer
Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Sales of Goods Act (Kjøpsloven) and the Product Liability
Act (Produktansvarsloven). For instance, under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act,
you may be entitled to claim defects within a time period of two years from the delivery date,
provided that you give notice thereof within two months after you discovered the defect,
or within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect.
If, when in normal use, the product or any part thereof is meant to last substantially longer,
the deadline for submitting a complaint is five years.
Under this international limited guarantee, you will not carry the burden of proof for claims made
under this international limited guarantee from the 6th month until the end of the two-year period
from the purchase.

This international limited guarantee and the rights provided herein are in addition to any other rights
and remedies available to you under local law and is in no way limiting such rights, which cannot be
excluded [Law No. 449/2003 on marketing of products and the associated guarantees].
Louis Vuitton is responsible to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time
the Horizon Earphones were delivered. Such legal guarantee is available for a period
of 2 (two) years as of delivery of the Horizon Earphones. In case of lack of conformity,
