wrapped to avoid damage, to a Louis Vuitton store.
This US Limited Warranty will only be honored in Louis Vuitton stores (a list of which is available
online at louisvuitton.com) or by mail according to the instructions set forth herein. If you choose
to mail your Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones, Louis Vuitton is not responsible for loss or damage
during shipping.
Louis Vuitton will, upon inspecting your Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones and confirming
that this US Limited Warranty applies, at no charge, repair or replace your Louis Vuitton Horizon
Earphones. Louis Vuitton may use functionally equivalent, reconditioned, refurbished, pre-owned
or new products in connection with the repair. No data, software or applications will be reinstalled
or installed on any replacement device.
Are there any other limitations or exclusions that apply to this US Limited Warranty?
BY USING YOUR LOUIS VUITTON HORIZON EARPHONES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND
BY THE TERMS OF THIS US LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL
RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, LOUIS VUITTON DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND
OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE. FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR RIGHTS
YOU SHOULD CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS US LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET
FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES
AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
