United States limited warranty
What is covered?
This United States Limited Warranty ("US Limited Warranty") applies to the Louis Vuitton Horizon
Earphones sold at Louis Vuitton stores located within the United States and its territories.
Under this US Limited Warranty, Louis Vuitton agrees to repair, free of charge, any problem
with the functions of your Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones that result from defects in materials
and workmanship and arise within the two-year period commencing on the date of purchase,
subject to the conditions below.
For purposes of this international limited guarantee, accessories include charging accessories
that are included in the original packaging of your Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones or sold
at Louis Vuitton stores (charging case, USB-C cable and adaptor). For the avoidance of doubt,
accessories do not include, and Louis Vuitton expressly disclaims any guarantee or warranty
with respect to, accessories sold by third parties. The conditions set forth herein apply to both
the Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones and accessories. All accessories are not water resistant.
What is not covered?
This US Limited Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from service provided anywhere other
than at a Louis Vuitton Store, which shall void this US Limited Warranty. This US Limited Warranty does
not cover any software, batteries, or any damage to the hardware due to moisture that might have
entered the Louis Vuitton Horizon Earphones as a result of improper handling. More generally,
