guarantee of your safety and health, before using this device, please read the following
sections carefully.
1. It is very important that you read the user manual completely before the installation and
use, the maintenance and the normal use of this device allow the exercise to be safe and
valid.
2. Before starting an exercise plan, consult your physician first to confirm your current
physical condition, and verify if it will cause harm to your health when using this device
for exercising. If you are doing some treatments for heart rate, blood pressure and
cholesterol, your physician's advice will be very necessary.
3. Keep your body's signs in mind. Incorrect and excessive sport can damage your health. If
you feel any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in the chest, heartbeats, shortness
of breath, daze, dizziness, and nausea, please stop exercising immediately. If you need to
continue the exercise plan, consult your doctor first.
4. Make sure that children and pets are kept away from this device; this device is specially
designed for adults.
5. Put a pad solid and flat material at the bottom of the device to protect your floor and
carpet. For your safety, make sure to keep a minimum free activity space of 0.5mareoun
the device.
6. Before use, make sure that screws and nuts are tight. Please use this device carefully. If
you find any defect while installing or using this device, or if you hear any abnormal sound,
please stop the exercise immediately. Do not continue the use before solving the
problem.
7. During the sport, wear tight clothes to prevent loose clothes from being caught by the
device or the movement is limited. Incorrect and excessive exercise can be harmful to
your body.
8. This device is for indoor and household use only. The maximum load is 150KG.
