Inversion Table Assembly Instruction Yatek ECO
STEP 3:
In this step we are going to assemble
the height adjustment frame and the
supports to hold the feet.
First make sure to grab the following
parts for this step:
• Nº 6 – Height adjustment
frame
• Nº 7 – Upper Adjustable Ankle
Holding Tube
• Nº 8 – Bottom Adjustable
Ankle Holding Tube
• 4 x Nº 11 – Polystyrene foam
roller
• Nº 16 – Hexagonal bolt
(included in the bar)
• Nº 17 – Anti-release nut
• Nº 19 – Flat washer
➢ First step: Insert the Steel tube in the bottom Adjustable Ankle Holding Tube (8) In the
hole of the height adjustment frame (6), the length should be the same on both sides, use
the hexagonal bolt (16) to fix the bottom Adjustable Ankle Holding Tube (8) In the height
adjustable frame (6), then insert the polystyrene foam roller respectively (11) on both
sides.
➢ Second step: Use the nut (17) and the flat washer (19) to block the upper Adjustable
Ankle Holding Tube (7) in the screw of the height adjustment frame (6) bottom-up, as
shown in the figure, the curved surface of the Adjustable Ankle Holding Tube (7) should
face downwards.
