• When the inversion is complete you should be
hanging upside down, supporting your hands on the
floor, and being able to perform the stretching and
bending exercises or simply stay in that position as
long as you need.
• To return upright, think that you have to shift your
body weight toward foot-end to be able to rotate,
therefore, bend your knees while shifting your body
weight toward the foot-end. At the same time, rely
on the handlebars and help yourself strongly with
your arms and hands to invert back to the upright
position.
NOTE:
Never lift your back off the backrest while inverting,
otherwise the rotation can be very violent.
