Note:
Before starting to test the inversion table, make sure you are accompanied by a
spotter that assists you to make first contact, since, if the inversion table is not properly
mounted, or you have not adjusted the measure in the height adjustment frame properly
(6), it can make the inversion too fast for not being balanced and end up in an accident
and/or bending the rear locking bar (4).
• Balancing test and rotation control
When adjusted properly, you will have total control over the rotation of the inversion table by
simply shifting the position of your arms and weight distribution.
The adjustment of the height-adjustable frame may differ from your actual measurement, if
you are of medium complexity, you should normally put 10 cm less of your height to the
height-adjustable bar, (6), if you are of corpulent complexity you may have to put more
measure than your height.
1. Lean back and rest your head on the headrest, at
the same time leave your arms at your side as
shown in the image.
2. If adjusted properly, the inversion table should
begin to rotate with the main shaft lifting a few
inches off the bumper of the cross bar.
3. If the inversion table rotates too fast or lifts more
than a few inches off the front crossbar, you will
have chosen a very small measure and you may
need to lengthen the height setting by one hole in
the height adjustable bar (6).
4. If the inversion table does not invert at all, or it is
even hard to start the inversion, then you have
chosen a very height measure in the height
adjustable bar (6) and you will need to shorten the
height setting by one or more holes.
