Now give the colour sequence an individual name of up to 12 digits by turning the left encoder to
select a letter, the underscore or a number for the first digit of the name and confirm by pressing
the left encoder. This is followed by the input for the second digit and so on. When the name is
complete, press the middle encoder (Save&Next) to move to the next editing step. If you press
"Save&Next" before selecting a letter, the underscore, or a number for the first digit, the previous
name is retained and you move immediately to the next editing step.
Select a step of the 8-step sequence (Step 1 - Step 8) by turning the left encoder, then set the co-
lour of the step. Now select one of the colours in the standalone mode User Colour or Blackout or
Skip Step (Step 3 - 8) by turning the middle encoder. Proceed in the same way to set the colours
of the other steps. Complete the process and save the sequence by pressing the left encoder
(ENTER).
STANDALONE OPERATING MODE LIGHT SIMULATION (Light Simulation)
Starting from the main display, press the left-hand rotary-push encoder to access the menu for
selecting the operating mode. Turn the left encoder (SELECT) to select Light Simulation (note the
selection arrow on the left) and confirm by pressing the left encoder (ENTER). Select one of the 8
pre-programmed simulations by turning the left encoder again. Confirm the selection by pressing
the left encoder (ENTER). Now set the brightness (DIM) using the left encoder, the step duration
(0.1 seconds to 21 minutes and 2 random modes) and the fade time (0 seconds to 18 minutes
and 2 random modes) using the middle and right encoders (see illustration).
