READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING.
Configuring Your Exerciser
When you turn your exerciser on for the first time, the initial
display is the user profile setting. The screen will show U1.
Using user profiles allows you to enter your personal data to
get personalised feedback on your workout performance.
To select a user profile, press +/- keys on the console and
choose from 4 available profiles including U1, U2, U3, and
U4. Once the user profile is selected, press ENTER to confirm
your selection and start setting personal data (gender, age,
height, and weight) using +/-/ENTER.
Controls
MODE
In standby mode, and after setting up a user
profile, press MODE key to cycle through the
available programmes: manual,12 pre-set
programmes (Coach: P1-P12), fitness test,
personal profile, Watt programme and 4 HRC
programmes (55%, 75%, 90% and TAG).
Recovery mode is a fitness test that tests
RECOVER
your heart rate recovery status.
After exercising for a period of time, keep
holding the handgrips and press the
RECOVER button. All function displays will
stop except TIME which will start counting
down from 00:60 to 00:00. The screen will
display your heart rate recovery status with
F1, F2...to F6.
A recovery status of F1 indicates excellent
results. F2 is the next best result, descending
to F6 which is the poorest result.
Press RECOVER again to return to the main
display.
In stop mode, confirm selections or settings.
ENTER
RESET
Reset: In stop mode, press to go back to the
main menu and clear all set values.
Total Reset: At any time, hold the RESET
key for 4 seconds. The screen will show the
full display for 2s and then go back to the
home page.
Press the +/- keys to increase or decrease
+/-
the value for time, distance, calories, pulse,
and resistance. The buttons are also used to
adjust the values when setting profiles and
programmes.
Quick Resistance keys. Press 3 > 24 key to
3 > 24
adjust the resistance level to the respective
value with one touch during your workout.
START/STOP Start or stop the workout.

Handlebar Controls
This exerciser features controls on the handlebars for
increasing and decreasing resistance more conveniently
during workout. They function in the same way as the
resistance buttons on the console.

Displays exercise distance.
Approximate calorie burn. Calorie value
Calories
used in this program represents an approxi
mate calorie burn and strictly remains a
random indication.
Hold firmly both sensors on the handgrip
Pulse
or apply optional Bluetooth HR transmitter.
Your current heart rate will be displayed
within 30 seconds up to one minute.
Watt
Displays generated energy in WATT.
MP3 Input
On the console there is an audio input for connecting your
mp3 player, allowing you to listen to the music through the
built-in speakers. Control the volume via your device.
Workout Programs
Selecting Workout
This exerciser has a manual mode, 12 pre-set programmes,
a fitness test, a personal profile, a Watt programme and 4
HRC programmes. After setting up a user profile, choose
your workout pressing MODE or +/- keys on the console.
Press ENTER to confirm your selection.
MANUAL
•
Select MANUAL and use +/-/ENTER to program time.
•
Press START.
•
Use +/- to adjust load level (24 levels).
•
Stop/pause the exercise by pressing STOP.
•
Press RESET to exit the program.
PROGRAM
•
Press +/- to select one of the 12 pre-set programmes.
The program numbers P01-P12 will flash until you make
a selection. Press ENTER to confirm.
•
Program target value for time using +/-/ENTER.
•
Press START.
•
Eventually use +/- to adjust load level.
•
Stop/pause the exercise by pressing STOP.
•
Press RESET to exit the program..
