FITNESS
•
Select FITNESS.
•
Press START.
•
A 12 minutes fitness test will run at level 6.
•
The screen will display your fitness level status with F1 to
F5.
•
Stop/pause the exercise by pressing STOP.
•
Press RESET to exit the program.
PERSONAL
•
Select PERSONAL using +/-/ENTER.
•
Program the resistance level for each time segment, and
confirm with ENTER.
•
Program training time using +/-/ENTER.
•
Press START.
•
Stop/pause the exercise by pressing STOP.
•
Press RESET to exit the program.
WATT
•
Select WATT, use +/- to program target watts (program-
mable between 10 up to 350 Watt) and confirm with
ENTER.
•
Program training time using +/-/ENTER.
•
Press START.
•
The tension difficulty will be auto-adjusted according to
the Watt figure. If the figure is under the target value, the
tension difficulty will be up-adjusted one level every 10
seconds, up to the maximum level 24. As soon as you
achieved the set value, tension difficulty will be down
adjusted one level immediately.
•
In case of overspec the level will be down adjusted one
level immediately, and keep down-adjusting each 15 se-
conds until you reach the preset value.
•
Stop/pause the exercise by pressing STOP.
•
Press RESET to exit the program.
HRC
•
Select HRC using +/-/ENTER .
•
This exerciser features a Bluetooth
rate receiver. To perform the HRC programs you need to
wear a compatible wireless heart rate chest strap.
•
When the machine is in standby mode, select HRC using
+/-/ENTER.
•
Press +/- key to choose one of the 4 available programs
•
Heart Rate Control mode lets you train at different levels
of optimum intensity. There will be 4 programs to choose
from: 55%, 75%, 90% and target (TAG).
•
These heart rate percentages are based on the maximum
level for the input age, and TAG lets you set your own
pulse target from 40-220.
•
Once the target program is selected, set your exercise
target and press ENTER to confirm. Next, press START
to begin your workout.
•
Once you start the workout, the machine will automatical-
ly adjust the resistance to maintain your heart rate at the
specified target.
•
Stop/pause the exercise by pressing STOP.
•
Press RESET to exit the program.
