11 LIMITED WARRANTY
11.1 WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
Cramer makes the following warranty to the original purchaser("Owner") only - warranty is non-transferable:
A. Residential Use: Cramer product used for normal residential purposes* are warranted for five (5) years or 1,500
hours total usage (whichever comes first) from date of purchase on all materials and workmanship of chassis, deck
and batteries. Consumables such as tires and blades are warrantied for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If
the Owner discovers within this warranty period a defect in materials or workmanship:
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Severe tire wear.
The electromagnetic brake is dam-
aged or terribly worn.
Electromagnetic brake is manually re-
leased.

Contact the after-sales personnel to replace the tires.
Contact the after-sales personnel to replace the electro-
magnetic brake.
Check the electromagnetic brake and reset it to the initial
position.
