15. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
There is water in the drip tray (A19)

Descaling proceeds. The machine deliv-
ers descaling solution
The first step of the descaling cycle is
complete: the next step required is a
rinse.
The machine proceeds with the rinse to
complete the descaling process
CAUSE
This water comes from the internal cir-
cuits of the machine and is a normal con-
sequence of their operation
OF INDICATOR OPERATION
The entire preparation procedure (from
grinding to delivery) is set to make 2 cups
of the available See "Coffee preparation temperature"
Turn the machine off and wait 10 minutes
before turning on again. If the problem con-
tinues, contact customer services.
After a few seconds, the machine starts deliv-
ering steam
Carry out descaling as described in section
"13. Descaling"
Press OK to start descaling or turn the dial to
a drink
Proceed by completing the descaling cycle
(see "13. Descaling")
Press OK to start rinsing.

SOLUTION
Empty and clean the drip tray on a reg-
ular basis
