present and functional. No deformation of handle arm, handle folds and

unfolds.

Performance Test:
Place a dead mass weight not exceeding 140kg directly under the Tripod.
Lower the snap hook keeping a hand tight tension on the cable till the hook
reached the connector of the weight.
Attach the snap hook to the ensure it is secure.

Raise the weight using the Winch 1.2m from the surface.
Hold in position for a minimum of 2 minutes.
Lower the weight returning to the surface.
If at any time during the test slippage occurs the test has failed, and the
Winch will require to be tagged unserviceable withdrawn from service.
