3. Lift the front part of the product and tilt the product
rearward.
WARNING:
product does not tilt forward.
4. Use a brass drift and a hammer to push out the blast
wheel blades.
CAUTION:
the blast wheel blades. There is a risk
that the blast wheel blades will break.
5. Clean the blast wheel fully to make sure that the
blades and impeller will fit correctly and to prevent
unbalance of the blast wheel.
6. Replace all blades and install the machine in
opposite sequence.
To do a check of the V-belt tension

2. Remove the 3 screws, the 6 washers and the V-belt
cover.
3. Examine the V-belt for damages and wear.
4. Push the V-belt with your tumb to examine the
tension. If you can push the V-belts a distance of
10–15 mm (A), the tension is correct.
5. Adjust the v-belt tension if it is necessery. Loosen
the 4 bolts of the motor and put strips below the
motor foot.
6. Replace the V-belt if it is necessary. Refer to
replace the V-belt on page 22 .
7. Install the V-belt cover.
To replace the V-belt
WARNING:

disconnected and the motors have fully
stopped.
