Game Idea
The players take turns to move Charlie Carrot across the meadow. The
rabbit card indicates which direction Charlie leaps in. But watch out:
as the game proceeds more and more foxes are turned around. Charlie
may not, of course, hop over these squares. If Charlie goes off the edge
of the meadow or he can't shake off the foxes you have to discard one
of your rabbit cards. As soon as a player has discarded his last rabbit card,
the round ends. The other players now move their rabbit counter along the
competition cards, the number of rabbit cards they still hold in their hands.
The aim of the game is to be the first to reach the golden carrot on one's
competition card.
Preparation
Shuffle the meadow cards and arrange them into a rectangular meadow
with the dark green side of the card face up. Each of you should be seated
in front of one side of the meadow. Charlie Carrot is placed on the card in
the center.
