This is possible thanks to electronic control that can use all of the
installed power, piloting the switching on of floor and ceiling, while
maintaining the values set by the user.
Press the "BOOSTER" key to enable/disable the function. Once
enabled, the screen will become ORANGE and a specific icon appears
to the left of the cooking parameters.
NOTE: The function can only be enabled if the oven is in START.
"HALF LOAD" FUNCTION
The "Half Load" function allows baking with reduced power, the ideal
solution for the stages of intermittent work, where discontinued
equipment operation is needed.
Energy savings are possible leaving the piloting of the oven's rear
heating elements unchanged and piloting the switching on of the front
heating elements at the Manufacturer's factory settings. This means that
the operator must place the product being baked in the rear half of the
baking chamber, because, as already mentioned, the front element is on
"standby" and not usable for baking.
To enable/disable the function, press "MENU", select "HALF LOAD"
with the "SELECTION" key and then press "OK". Once enabled, the
screen will turn PURPLE and a specific icon will appear to the left of
the baking parameters.
NOTE: This function is only possible if the oven is in START.
3.2.3
PUTTING THE BAKING CHAMBER INTO SERVICE
DUAL-TEMP MODE
The DUAL-TEMP mode is the oven control mode that allows 2
temperatures to be set, one for the ceiling and the other for the floor (fig.
18).
To enable the DUAL TEMP mode if this is not already running, press
the "MENU" key, select "DUAL TEMP" with the "SELECTION" keys
(↑ and ↓) then press "OK".
This way it is possible to use the oven in "MANUAL" mode.
To set the temperature of the ceiling and floor, use the "+" and/or "-" to
increase and/or reduce the corresponding temperature. Since the display
shows the temperature read inside the baking chamber in real time, the
first time the corresponding "+" and/or "-" key is pressed, the current
setting will be shown in red. Pressing the keys again will change the
parameter. Once the required value has been set it is not necessary to
confirm, as the parameter is received and implemented in real time.
The operation described above can also be carried out while baking is in
progress. Temperature control is electronic and uses cutting-edge P.I.D
technology: power is a delivered so that it is always proportional and
based on the actual need identified. The oven has a virtually infinite
power spectrum, with the optimum setting being chosen instant by
instant. To turn the heating elements on and thus start heating up the
baking chamber, simply press the "START" button. The same applies to
the functions described previously in 3.2.2.
NOTE: The temperatures of the ceiling and floor are not tied to
one another as this guarantees greater flexibility for the operator.
According to set temperature range and the load, the two
temperature settings could influence one another, no longer
guaranteeing that the set temperatures will be reached and/or it
may even be possible that the set temperatures will be exceeded.
This should not be considered a problem.
3.3
"PROGRAMS" SETTING
The use of Programs allows the operator to work in "automatic" mode,
i.e., with the possibility to save and/or recall a configuration of set
parameters.
The presence of a program running is shown in the "status bar", from
the name of the program itself.
To manage the Programs, open the dedicated menu. Press "MENU",
select PROGRAMS with the "SELECTION" (↑ and ↓) keys and then
"OK" to open the submenu.
Scroll through the list on the display using the "SELECTION " keys
to select the following items.
-
"Recent": a list of the last programs used
-
"Name search": orders the programs starting from the
selected letter
-
"Insert new": starts the procedure to create a program
-
"Modify": starts the procedure for editing an existing program.
-
"Delete": starts the procedure to eliminate an existing program
-
"USB Import": starts the procedure to import programs from a
external usb device to internal oven memory
-
"USB Export": starts the procedure to copy programs from the
internal oven memory to an external USB device
RECENT
Function to list the last programs used. Select the required program
with the "SELECT" keys and then press "OK" to run it and start the
heating/baking stage with the parameters of the chosen program.
NAME SEARCH
This is the function that lists all of the programs in the memory, in
alphabetical order, starting with the letter chosen with the
"SELECTION" key and confirmed with "OK". Select the program
required with the "SELECTION" keys, followed by "OK" to run the
program. Start the heating/baking stage with the chosen program
parameters.
INSERT NEW
The first screen for the program insert procedure required the name of
the program to be entered (fig. 20a). A flashing cursor in the top of
the display will indicate that the first letter of the name needs to be
entered. Select the required letter with the "SELECTION" keys and
then press "OK" to confirm and pass onto the next character. etc.
Should it be necessary to delete the last letter entered, scroll through
the list as far as DEL and then press "OK". To end the name insertion
process and pass on to the next screen, scroll through the list as far as
END and then press "OK". This will open the second programming
screen, which will ask for the working temperature to be entered
("temperature setting") and the baking time ("time setting") (to be pre-
loaded to T1 and T2) (fig. 20b). Change the parameters with the "+"
and "-" keys and then press "OK" to confirm. This will open the third
programming screen, where it is necessary to enter the power level for
the ceiling ("Ceiling power setting") and floor ("Floor power setting")
(fig. 20c). Change the parameters with the "+" and "-" keys and then
press "OK" to confirm.
Only models with a steamer required the following screens for setting
the 3 vapour times 1,2,3") and the steam injection time ("Vapour time
setting") (fig. 20d-e). The time is shown in MM:SS. The steam
injection intervals cannot be less than 15 minutes. - Steam injection
times start from the end of the previous steam injection (the starting
point of the program for the first steam injection). The message //://
Shows that the steam injection function is disabled.
WARNING! If when the "+" and "-" keys are pressed, there is no
effect on the message //:// in "Steam time setting", increase the
baking time as it is not possible to enter steam injection times for
which the total is above the total baking time set. To return to the
previous screens, press the "RETURN" button one or more times.
NOTE: If the oven is fitted with steamer and there are no screens to
program this, contact the Assistance Service to enable the function.
The last screen shows a summary of the program created (fig. 20f).
Press OK to save and run the program. Press "RETURN" to go back to
the previous screens without saving.
MODIFY
Select the first letter of the program to be deleted with the
"SELECTION" keys, then press "OK" to put all of the programs in
alphabetical order, beginning with the chosen letter. Select the required
program with the "SELECTION" keys then press "OK" to open the edit
screens. The parameter edit procedure is the same as the procedure
described above in the "INSERT NEW" paragraph.
DELETE
Select the first letter of the program to be deleted with the
"SELECTION" keys, then press "OK" to put all of the programs in
alphabetical order, beginning with the chosen letter. Select the required
program with the "SELECTION" keys and then press "OK". Confirm
deletion with "OK" or cancel the operation by pressing "RETURN"
several times.
USB IMPORT
Insert the USB device into the slot on the right side of the appliance
after removing the plug. The display will show a list of the directories in
the USB device. The <ROOT> item shows the first level of the file
system. Select the directory where the programs to be imported reside
using the "SELECTION" keys. The "+" and "-" keys enter and exit the
selected directory. Press "OK" to perform the import operation. A
message will show the number of the program correctly copied from the
USB memory to the oven memory. Remove the USB device and refit
the previously removed plug.
NOTE: the <NO DIRECTORY> message means that there is no
USB or that it has not been correctly inserted into the slot.
USB EXPORT
Insert the USB device into the slot on the right side of the appliance
after removing the plug. The display will show a list of the directories in
the USB device. The <ROOT> item shows the first level of the file
system. Select the directory where the programs to be imported reside
using the "SELECTION" keys. The "+" and "-" keys enter and exit the
