TROUBLESHOOTING

Make sure that there are enough pellets in the pellet chamber.
Check that the spiral conveyor is not clogged. Flip the switch to OFF,
disconnect the mains plug, and let the grill cool down.
Open the lid and remove the grids, the grease removal sheet, and the heat

pellet chamber and make sure that it is free of foreign objects. Remove all
pellets and ash from the grilling chamber.

Ensure that the temperature sensor is plugged in. Check the connection

Check if a temperature has already been set when switching on. Switch

back on without a preset temperature.
Faulty operating
Switch FLINT to OFF in order to reset the regulator. After 3 seconds, switch the

grill to "COOL DOWN" without setting a temperature.
PROBLEM: ERROR MESSAGE "LER"
The inside temperature has been below 65 °C for 20 minutes.
Remove excess ash from the combustion chamber.
Make sure there are enough pellets in the pellet chamber. If the fill level
is low, a funnel can occur that interrupts the supply.
Remove all of the pellets from the pellet chamber and refill. The smoker

Switch the grill off (OFF) and back on (ON). Open the lid and turn the
temperature regulator to "SMOKE". Wait 5 minutes and select the
desired temperature.
