POSSIBLE CAUSES
a) Sprayheads and lter holders require
cleaning.
b) Wrong filter arm use.
c) The coffee has not been pressed properly
or the coffee is not fresh
d) You hear the pump starting but no coffee
comes out except in drops.
a) Clean the gasket area and the filter hold-
er with a cloth
b) Check the correct positioning of the filter
inside the arm
a) The filter holder is cold.
b) The cups are cold.
c) The machine has not warmed up enough.
d) The coffee was not pressed correctly.
e) The heater safety thermo fuse has
tripped.
a) Put water in the tank.
b) If the tank is full, but the light remains
on.
c) Check if limescale is preventing the sen-
sor from floating properly. The inside of the
tank is rough to the touch due to encrusta-
tions.
a) The stop valve of the tank is blocked.
b) Pump tank connection pipe is empty.
SOLUTION
Clean the sprayheads by washing with
the blind filter and disassemble the fil-
ter holders for cleaning.
Check you are using the correct filter:
shallower single filter for single dose
and deeper double filter for double
dose.
Pay attention to pressing or change
the coffee pack.
Perform complete descaling and con-
sider replacing with lighter water.
Reposition the filter.
The filter holder must always be left
in the machine during heating.
You may want to put the cups on the
cup holder or preheat them.
Wait for the resistance light to go out.
Check by pressing properly.
Machine replacement.
Check if it is fitted properly.
Clean the water container properly,
consider whether to use lighter water.
Check if the valve at the bottom of
the tank is blocked, just try moving it
with a sharp object.
Put and remove the tank several times
all the way down quickly as the pump
tries to draw water.
