Spark plug
DANGER
The exhaust / housing becomes very hot during operation. Wait for the engine to cool down.
NEVER touch a hot engine.
1. Remove the spark plug cap (8) by removing the screw (G) with the wrench provided.
2. Remove the spark plug cap (H).
3. Remove the spark plug (I) and check it.
4. Check the insulation. In case of damage such as cracks or chips: Replace the spark plug
(I).
4. Clean the spark plug electrodes with a wire brush.
5. Check the electrode gap and adjust it. 0.75 mm spacing.
6. Return spark plug (I) and tighten with spark plug wrench.
7. Replace the spark plug cap (H) on the spark plug (I).
8. Reinstall the spark plug cap (8)
9. Make sure that no dirt gets into the cylinder head during replacement.
10. Check the position of the spark plug (I).
ATTENTION!
A loose spark plug (I) can damage the engine by overheating. Over-tightening can damage the
cylinder head threads. The manufacturer is not liable for damages resulting from this, the risk
rests solely with the user.
