FUEL AND CHAIN OIL
UNLEADED GASOLINE 95
Gasoline is highly flammable. Avoid smoking or bringing any flame or sparks near the fuel. Be sure to
stop the engine and allow cooling before refueling the unit. Select an outdoor ground for fueling and
move the unit to a distance of at least 3 meters (10 feet) from the fueling point before starting the
engine.
Greencut engines are lubricated by oil specially formulated for use in gasoline 2T air-cooled. If not
available, use a quality oil with added antioxidant that is specifically for use in air-cooled engines of 2
cycle.
Note
Recommended mixing ratio: fuel 25: oil 1
Exhaust emissions are controlled by the parameters and critical engine components (for example:
carburetor, ignition, etc).
These engines are certified to run with unleaded gasoline.
When using gasoline with a lower octane value than prescribed, there is a risk that the engine
temperature rises and consequently occurs a problem like a piston seizing.
We recommend unleaded gasoline to reduce air pollution for the sake of your health and the
environment.
Poor quality of fuels and oils can damage the sealing rings, lines or fuel tank.
HOW TO MIX FUEL
Warning
Pay attention to agitation.
1. Measure the quantities of gasoline and oil that you are going to mix.
2. Put some fuel in a tank of clean and approved fuel.
3. Pour all the oil and shake well.
4. Pour the rest of fuel and shake the mix of some oils may be difficult. Depending on oil
ingredients, sufficient agitation may be necessary for the benefit of engine life. Be careful,
if the agitation is insufficient, there is an increased danger of early piston seizing due to a
mixture.
5. Place a clear indication on the outside of the tank to prevent this can be confused with
gasoline or other substances.
6. Indicate the contents on the outside of the container for easy identification.
