3. TRASFORMING FOR OPERATION WITH ANOTHER TYPE OF GAS
3.1 REPLACEMENT BURNER INJECTOR
- You access the nozzle from under the machine. The item is visible and not protected.
- Unscrew the injector with a 17 mm key (Plate 2 pos. 3).
- Replace the injector with the suitable one, according to the Injector Table II.
- Tighten the injector with a 17 mm key.
- N.B. Do not forget to put the aluminium washer!
3.2 REPLACEMENT PILOT BURNER INJECTOR
- Access the pilot unit from under the machine.
- First of all unscrew the nut and take away the sparking plug (Plate 3 pos. 5) because it is very delicate.
- Unscrew nut (Plate 3 pos. 2) with a 10 mm key.
- The injector is hooked on the biconus (Plate 3 pos. 3)
- Replace the pilot injector with a suitable one, according to the injector Table II Chapter 2.5.
- Tight the nut (Plate 3 pos. 2) very well with a 10 mm key.
- Check seal with soap bubbles.
- Remount sparking plug.
3.3 MAIN BURNER ADJUSTMENT
- Primary air adjustment: unscrew the screw (Plate 2 pos. 2) with a 8 mm key.
- Set the x mm distance of the bush/Venturi tube (Plate 2 pos. 1) correspondent to the gas chosen, according to Table II
Chapter 2.5.
- Lock the bush with the screw. (Plate 2 pos. 2)
- Ignite pilot burner and main burner according to user's instructions Chapt. 5.
3.4 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FLAME
According to a visual check, flame must be deep blue and it must not have any yellow point and with stable cones at the
source. If the flame has too much air, there will be short, violet flames, lifting of the burner flams. After adjustment, flames
must not lift or have any flash back while working, both with hot burner and/or cold burner.
After replacing the nozzles, apply on the existing label the one supplied with the machine indicating the new type of gas.

This appliance has to be checked at least avery 6 month. Hhas to be checked the burner unit, ignition and ignition of the
burner.
- For any repairs, consult exclusivel an authorised assistance centre and ask for original spare parts.
- Before carrying out the disassembling of components and their replacement, shut off the gas valve.
- Remove the front panel.
- Proceed to replace the most important components:
A – Thermocouple (Plate 3 pos. 4).
- Unscrew nut (Plate 3 pos. 1) with a 10 mm key; pilot burner side.
- Unscrew nut (Plate 4) with a 9 mm key; multifunktionvalve side.
- Exchange thermocouple.
- Remount all in the opposite direction.
B – Sparking plug pilot burner (Plate 3 pos. 5)
- Unscrew nut (Plate 3 pos. 9) with a 10 mm key.
- Take away the high tension cable.
