- Exchange sparking plug.
- Remount all in the opposite direction.
C – Spark ignition divice
- This device is in the box of the electrically components.
- To exchange the ignition transformer is very easy.
- Use wiring diagram for the electric connections.
D – Pilot burner (Plate 3)
- First of all take away the sparking plug (See B) because it is very delicate.
- Disconnect thermocouple (See A) with a 10 mm key (Plate 3 pos. 2).
- Take away the pilot burner with a "special" spanner 4 mm.
- Exchange pilot burner.
- Remount all in the opposite direction.
- Check gas seal with soap bubbles.
- Tight very good nut (Plate 3 pos. 2) with a 10 mm key.
E – Mean burner (Plate 3)
- Disassemble the upper panel board.
- Disassemble the lower panel board.
- Behind the gas valve, loosen the front part of the combustion chamber (n° 7 cross-slotted screws or with socket spanner no. 7).
- With spanner no. 10 access the inside of the combustion chamber (by always keeping the tank of the brazier in horizontal
position and by turning off the main switch to turn off the power of the machine system), loosen the 2 screws that fix the
pilot burner to the main burner and remove it from under the machine.
- Carry out the required operations and reassemble the whole by proceeding in reverse order.
F – Thermostat and limite thermostat
- Disassemble the lower panel board Table 4 Pos. C
- Turn off the machine
- Extract the bulbs
- Disconnect the pressure-connected wires.
- Replace the faulty item.
- Remount all in the opposite direction.
G – Multifunction Control
- Disconnect the switch of the electrical power supply.
- Disassemble the panel board Table 4 pos. C
- Unscrew nut thermocouple with a 9 mm key.
- Unscrew nut gas supply pilot burner with a 10 mm key.
- Unscrew nuts of gas inlet and outlet with a 25 mm key.
- Remove the 230 V power supply plug.
- Remove the valve from its seat.
- Check if the gaskets are still in a good state, replace them, if necessary.
- Check gas seal with soap bubbles.
- Mount everything back by following the reverse order.
ATTENTION: Check the gas seal with soap bubbles.

Never use the bratpan as a frying pan ; it may be very dangerous !
FOREWORD
Before operating this device, wash thoroughly the inner part of the container with warm water and detergent and rinse
repeatedly.
Open tap (N) to fill the container. Water will be supplied by tap (E).
Never use large crystals of salt ; it may deposit on the bottom of the container and because of its heavy weight, may not be
completely dissolved. In the long run, all salt not dissolved may generate corrosion problems on the contact spot. Please use
