Select a suitable perforated disc
(//) and place it on the axle of the
worm (). Make sure that the perforated
disc is inserted into the mincer attachment
() with the groove in the correct position.
The following perforated discs are available:
Perforated disc
Perforated disc (fine) ()
Perforated disc (medium) ()
Perforated disc (coarse) ()
Hold the perforated disc in position with
one hand and screw the locking ring ()
onto the mincer attachment () with the
other hand.
Only tighten the locking ring () hand
tight and do not overtighten it.
Place the feed chute () onto the upper
opening on the mincer attachment () as
shown to prevent the appliance from tip-
ping during use.
Make sure that the ventilation openings
on the base of the housing () are not
covered.
