Next, place the sausage stuffer ring in the locking ring (), then in front of the perforat-
ed disc (//) and secure all parts using the locking ring.
Place the feed chute () onto the upper opening of the mincer attachment ().
Prepare the meat as described in section ".. Mincing meat" on page .
Pull the sausage skin over the sausage attachment (//) and knot the end.
Plug the mains plug into the socket.
Now hold the sausage skin loosely in place with one hand and press the /I button
() to switch on the appliance
Push the sausage mix down gently using
the pusher ().
Make sure that the sausage skin
is filled "loosely", because sau-
sages expand when cooked or
grilled and the sausage skin can
tear. Ask a second person for
assistance if necessary.
After preparing the sausages, press the /I button () to switch off the appliance.
.. Assembling and using the kibbeh attachment
Using the kibbeh attachment (), you can form small hollow rolls of meat or vegetables
that you can then fill with your preferred stuffing.
To completely disconnect the appliance
from the power supply, unplug the plug
from the power socket.
Assemble the mincer as described in
section ".. Assembling the mincer" on
page .
However, instead of the blade () and a
perforated disc, place the sausage/kib-
beh attachment () and the kibbeh ring
() onto the axle of the worm ().
Secure all parts using the locking ring
().
Place the feed chute () onto the upper
opening of the mincer attachment ().
Prepare the minced meat mixture for the
rolls and for the filling according to the
recipe ".. Kibbeh" on page or a
recipe of your choice.
Plug the mains plug into the socket.
