Close the fuel manual shut-off valve.
CAUTION
Before performing any maintenance operation make sure to
disconnect the power supply from the burner using the main
switch of the system.

Materials at high temperature.
Before carrying out any operation, wait until components in
contact with heat sources have cooled down completely.
•
Before starting up the burner, and at least once a year, have
qualified technicians perform the following operations:
Set the burner fuel capacity to the power required by the heat
generator.
Check combustion and adjust combustion air and fuel flow and (
O2 / CO / NOx) emissions in accordance with the law in force.
Check the adjustment and safety devices are working properly.
Check the efficiency of the combustion products exhaust duct.
Check seal in the fuel supply pipe internal and external section.
At the end of the adjustment procedures, check that all the locking
devices of mechanical securing systems are properly tightened.
Make sure that the use and maintenance manual of the burner is
available.

If the burner repeatedly stops in lock-out, do not keep trying to
manually reset it but call a qualified technician.
•
If you decide not to use the burner for a while, close the fuel
manual shut-off valve.

MAINTENANCE PLAN
IMPORTANT
All operations must be performed exclusively by qualified
personnel.
Analyse combustion gases and check that the emission values are cor-
rect at least once a year, in compliance with current law.
•
Clean air dampers, the air pressure switch with pressure port and
the relevant pipe, if any.
•
Check the electrode condition. Replace them, if necessary.
•
Have the burner and the chimney cleaned by specialised person-
nel (stove repairer); a clean burner is more efficient, lasts longer
and is quieter.
•
Check that the fuel filter is clean. Replace it, if necessary.
•
Check that all components of the combustion head are in good
condition, have not been deformed and are free from impurities
or deposits deriving from the installation environment and/or from
combustion.
•
Be careful during the reassembly operations to exactly centre the
gas diffuser with respect to the electrodes, making sure that they
are not earthed, which would result in the locking of the burner.
