DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT AND WHAT IT CAN DO
The VANILLA model equipment is a refrigeration appliance that is used for the preservation of food products
and professional kitchens.
It is not suitable for the preservation of pharmaceutical or chemical products or of any other non-food product.

A control panel is located at the top of the equip-
ment. Through this, the user can set the
humidity

ideal conditions for the preservation of food, beverages or
doughs for baking/pastry.

POWER SUPPLIES
The equipment has a supply voltage of
order to use it, it is necessary to connect its plug to a suitable
socket or, if it is connected to a panel, to turn the dedicated
switch to ON.
The equipment cools thanks to a closed-path refrigerant unit
(i.e. without gas input from the outside).
No user intervention is required for operation (e.g. refilling or
gas connection).
ENVIRONMENTAL
CHARACTERISTICS
For correct operation of the equipment, the working
environment must NOT:
• Be exposed to atmospheric agents
• Have temperatures that exceed 30°C (glass doors) or 40°C
(solid doors).
