HUMIDITY SETTING

This screen allows you to set the humidity level in the cell (from 0 to 9).
• Make sure the display is not locked, if so, unlock it as indicated on page 17.
Press and hold the MENU button for at least 3 seconds: the MENU SCREEN appears.

Press the UP or DOWN keys to select RH (item highlighted in white = selected item).

Press the UP or DOWN keys to set the desired humidity level (from 0 to 9).

Press the SET button to confirm the set value.

SUSHI SMART FRESHNESS CONTROL APP (OPTIONAL)
The manufacturer has developed the "Sushi Smart Freshness Control" App to help operators monitor the expiry
dates of products stored in the equipment.

A display icon will indicate the status of the products contained in the cell:

icon = no expiring products in the next 7 days
Green
icon = at least one expiring product in the next 7 days
Yellow

icon = at least one expired product
