• When using a gas stove, the cooker should be well centralized over
the burner so that the flame does not burn along the sides or handles.
When using electric or glass-ceramic stoves, make sure it is on a flat
surface to ensure an even transfer and distribution of heat;
• As the cooker heats up, the pressure indicator (red pin located on the
upper part of the handle or handhold) will automatically rise. The first
white line indicates low pressure (fig. 9), the second indicates normal
operating pressure (fig. 10)

will not be visible. This line will only be exposed if the pressure valve
