Checks before starting the machine
Check the oil level, following the instructions in the engine operation manual.
To ensure proper lubrication, especially
when working on slopes, the oil level
must be at maximum. In case of oil spill,

use the quality and density prescribed
in the same operating manual.
Check the oil level in the gearbox

through the oil plug (A), verify that the
level is between the two slots (B) and
(C).

If necessary, add SAE 80W/90 oil (for high pressures).
Fill the tank with fuel using a funnel with a mesh filter to remove impurities.
After having carried out these operations, the machine is ready to be put into operation.
ATTENTION! Never fill the tank with the engine running.
To start the machine
Make sure the shift lever and PTO lever are disengaged.
1) Preparation before starting
A
Manual start model:
Press the switch A to the on position,
move the clutch lever close to the handle,
disengage the clutch, cut off the engine
power, and then use the bayonet lock M to
lock the clutch lever B.
Then start the engine according to the
instructions in the user manual.

Electric start model:
Same method as recoil start model to operate switch A and clutch B, then place switch C in the "start"
position to start the engine; If it is difficult to start the engine, you can adjust the choke lever.
2) Slowly pull the starter lever until the hitch system engages, then give a strong pull.
The rope handle should always be held with ONE HAND, to prevent the motor from "reversing".
Once the engine has started, let it idle for a few minutes to allow the oil to lubricate all moving parts.
3) Press the clutch lever B, release the bayonet lock M, then slowly release the clutch lever B, let the
engine power mesh with the gearbox, then set the gear shift level to the appropriate speed and let the
tiller run.
