16 - DELETE USER
To delete a user, you must first locate the user's record in the database. This can be performed by searching by ID
or by NAME.
After locating the user, the confirmation screen will appear where it is possible to CANCEL the operation or DELETE
the user's record.
17 - RESTORE
The RESTORE button allows you to restore the database and previously performed BACKUP settings.
Insert the flash drive into the USB-HOST port of the equipment and press "SEARCH". The message should indicate
that the presence of the recorder has been detected, and only then will the "RESTORE" button be enabled. After
execution, the error message or a SUCCESS screen is displayed.
If the shutdown was successful, the screen prompting you to restart the equipment will appear when you return to
the home screen. This reboot is especially necessary if there are differences in the network settings, which will only
take effect after the complete reboot.
18 - BACKUP (SECURITY CODE)
Backup is a recommended procedure always at the end of a successive inclusion of users or when modifications are
made to the database. It is also recommended if it is necessary to copy the user base to another WeGo equipment.
