If a SHIFT is defined with two equal values, for example, from 23 hours and 59 minutes to 23 hours and 59 minutes
(23:59-23:59), the application treats it as a continuous interval where ACCESS IS ALWAYS ALLOWED.
This setting is only not valid for the value 00 hours and 00 minutes, which is reserved to indicate an invalid time or
where access is ALWAYS DENIED.
SHIFTS with different values, where the start time is before the end time, are treated as an access interval, becoming
a restriction to the user whose GROUP is composed of workdays with this type of SHIFT. This is also true for different
start and end times, but where the end time is earlier or shorter than the start time, the complementary interval is
treated.
