WARNING: Only manufacturer's original replacement parts must be used. Using any other spare part may be
dangerous or damage your saw.
•
DO NOT OPERATE TOOLS WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL OR IF YOU ARE TAKING
MEDICATIONS.
•
ALWAYS BE CAREFUL. When you have used the tool a number of times and you have become familiar with it, do not
make mistakes by being careless. Remember that a moment of inattention is sufficient to inflict severe injury.
•
STAY ALERT AND REMAIN IN CONTROL.
Watch what you are doing and use common sense. Do not operate the tool when you are tired. Do not rush.
•
MAKE SURE THE WORK AREA IS WELL LIT to see the work and that there are no hazards BEFORE using your saw.
•
ALWAYS TURN THE SAW OFF before disconnecting it, to avoid starting the saw accidentally when re-applying the
power.
•
Bear in mind that battery-powered tools are always ready to operate as they do not have to be plugged into an electrical
socket. Be aware of the risks of cordless tools when they are not being used and when changing accessories.
•
Remove the battery pack from the tool and make sure that the trigger is locked before making any adjustments,
changing accessories or storing the tool. These safety precautions reduce the risk of the tool starting accidentally.
•
When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from metal objects such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails,
screws and other small metal objects that might short the battery terminals. Shorting the battery terminals may
cause sparks, burns or fires.
