Warning! It is not allowed to use solvents containing either chlorinated substances or carbofluorinated
substances and substances made of halogenated hydrocarbons.
Warning! At the beginning of the cycle it is essential to verify that the solvent is not corrosive. If you note
some corrosion traces of the solvent on the worktop, stop the treatment and change the type of solvent!

Use
Fill the jerry can in the bottom part of the water approximately 15 litres solvent and insert the 2 aspiration pipes
(the pipes without filter).
Fill the used liquid container with the remaining solvent (approximately 4 litres) and insert the drain pipe and the 2
black hoses with filter into the jerry can.
It is recommended to place a container under the HR 2000 to avoid liquids seeping into the environment.
Warning! Read the instructions in the chapter about safety very carefully.
5.1
Cleaning of spray guns
Warning! Check if the black valve is in the correct position before you start cleaning. This to
prevent starting the cleaning process with clean solvent instead of used solvent.
During all procedures, switch on the venturi extraction. This is to prevent vapour formation during the use of the HR
2000. The venturi extraction switches on with the last switch on the left side.
Remove the cup of the spray gun. Pour the remaining paint in an external container. Open the switch (Pic. 2; no. 7)
on the right side. This will pre clean the spray gun.
Turn on the brush switch (Pic. 2; no. 2) and clean the spray gun with the brush.
Turn of the brush switch (Pic. 2; no. 2) and turn on the supply of clean solvent with air with the right switch (Pic. 2;
no. 4). With this the spray gun can be rinsed. When the spray gun is sufficiently clean the process can be repeated
for small parts of the spray gun, such as the nozzle.
You can rinse the spray gun extra by doing it with clean solvent. Wear solvent resistant gloves during this
process!
5.2
Drying the parts
At the end of each washing cycle the cleaned parts should be dried with a clean, non-fluffy cloth. The spray gun can
also be dried by blowing it of with clean air.
